Inspired by the success of Pokémon Go, Maroon 5 released their latest music video “Don’t Wanna Know” parodying the Pokémon Go craze.
Maroon 5 released the music video for their new single, “Don’t Wanna Know”. The lead singer of Maroon 5, Adam Levine is driving around in his convertible, trying to make sense of the world he finds himself in, while dressed in a giant Pokémon suit. It is a very strange video, but surprisingly funny and features a number of guest celebrity appearances.
Ed Helms and Sarah Silverman, who portrays Levine’s ex-girlfriend are in hot pursuit by Pokémon addicts trying to capture them. The music video does a great job portraying the life of stardom and how people are pursuing them constantly like how it is in Pokémon Go.
